Tokens are what power your AI hair previews. Each generation costs a set number of tokens depending on the feature. You buy tokens once and use them whenever you want — no subscription, no weekly charges draining your account.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error or a technical issue prevented you from using your tokens, contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.

Your photos are processed to generate hairstyle previews and stored securely. We do not sell or share your photos with anyone. Photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

AI results can vary depending on photo quality and lighting. For best results, use a well-lit, front-facing photo with your hair clearly visible. If the result still looks off, try describing the style differently or use the Edit mode to tweak it. Results are meant as a preview — always show your barber the image for the best outcome.

Try closing and reopening the app. If tokens still haven't appeared after a few minutes, email us at [email protected] with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out quickly.

Generate creates a new hairstyle on your photo from scratch based on a style you describe. Edit lets you tweak your existing photo — describe a change and apply it. Analyze examines your face shape and recommends hairstyles that suit you specifically.
