Tokens are what power your AI hair previews. Each generation costs a set number of tokens depending on the feature. You buy tokens once and use them whenever you want — no subscription, no weekly charges draining your account.
All token purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error or a technical issue prevented you from using your tokens, contact us and we'll look into it.
Your photos are processed temporarily to generate hairstyle previews and are deleted automatically after processing is complete. We do not sell or share your photos with anyone. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.
AI results can vary depending on photo quality and lighting. For best results, use a well-lit, front-facing photo with your hair clearly visible. If the result still looks off, try describing the style differently or use the Edit mode to tweak it. Results are meant as a preview — always show your barber the image for the best outcome.
Try closing and reopening the app. If tokens still haven't appeared after a few minutes, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out quickly.
Generate creates a new hairstyle on your photo from scratch based on a style you describe. Edit lets you tweak your existing photo — describe a change and apply it. Analyze examines your face shape and recommends hairstyles that suit you specifically.
Email us with the subject "Delete My Data" and we will remove all your information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Cutify allows users to upload, capture, or select photos that may contain faces in order to use AI hairstyle previews, face analysis, and hairstyle recommendation features.
What We Collect
We may process photos that contain a user's face or visible facial features when the user voluntarily uploads or captures a photo inside the app. We may also derive face-related attributes such as face shape, facial proportions, symmetry metrics, and landmark points solely to provide hairstyle analysis and visual preview features.
We do not collect or store biometric identifiers such as facial recognition data, face templates, or Face ID information. We do not use face data for identification, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

We use third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini) solely to process user images and generate hairstyle previews. These services receive images only for the duration of processing and do not use the data for identification, tracking, or advertising purposes. Photos are not sold or shared with any other third parties.
Retention
Face data and user photos are used solely to generate AI hairstyle previews and are not stored permanently. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 24 hours of upload. This short retention period is necessary to allow processing, handle errors, and ensure successful delivery of AI-generated results — typically much sooner, as deletion occurs immediately after processing is complete. No face data is retained on our servers beyond this 24-hour window under any circumstances. Generated results may be temporarily stored on the user's device and can be deleted by the user at any time.
Third-Party Retention
When face data is processed by third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini), those services temporarily store the image data solely to complete processing requests. This temporary storage does not exceed 24 hours and exists only to ensure successful generation and delivery of results. After processing is complete, the data is automatically deleted by the third-party service. These third-party services do not use face data for identification, advertising, tracking, or any purpose other than generating the requested hairstyle preview, and they handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Analytics and Payment Services
Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat are used for app analytics and payment processing respectively. Neither Firebase Analytics nor RevenueCat collect, process, or store face data or user photos in any form.
User Control
Users may delete locally stored app content by clearing app data or uninstalling the app, where applicable.
Cutify features consumable tokens that can be used to unlock hairstyle previews, AI generations, and hairstyle recommendations. Users can receive tokens for free via promo codes. Additional tokens are available for purchase in the following packs: 150 tokens, 500 tokens, and 1500 tokens. Token purchases are clearly marked as requiring a separate in-app purchase and are not included in the free download.

Cutify uses artificial intelligence to generate hairstyle visualizations based on photos you provide. The AI-generated images are for reference purposes only and may not perfectly represent real-world results.
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Cutify a limited license to process and generate hairstyle visualizations. We do not share your photos with third parties.
AI-generated hairstyle images are simulations and may not accurately represent how a hairstyle will look in real life. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and AI limitations. Cutify makes no guarantees about the accuracy of generated images.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Cutify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, technical issues, or data loss.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
